: This research was reviewed and approved by the Human Research Ethics Committee of University of Technology Sydney (ETH20-5273). Informed consent was obtained from all participants. Ethics approval was only sought in Australia as the study was identified as negligible risk and did not actively seek participation in other specific countries but was available to any participants internationally that met the study criteria. The study complied with the study requirements of the International Standards set out through the Declaration of Helsinki. As this study was conducted for an international target population rather than focusing on specific countries, adherence to national guidelines for each participants’ country was not able to be checked prior to the study being conducted.
