: The study was approved by the Norwegian Centre for Research Data (NSD), reference number 447080. The NSD is a governmental organization with a board that evaluates all the research projects that involve personal data. NSD conducts a review of data protection and assesses whether personal data processing follows data protection legislation and ethics. We also applied for approval with the Regional Committees for Medical and Health Research Ethics (REK 493745), and they decided that the study did not require approval because it was not considered health research in Norway. Before starting the interviews, the researchers informed the participants regarding the study’s aim and the content and purpose of the interview. Written and verbal informed consents were obtained from all the participants.
