: Performance of the study was approved by the Institutional Review Board and the research and ethics committee of the Faculty of Dentistry, Suez Canal University, for performing the experiments, (Ethical Committee Serial Number 424/2021). All methods and experiments were performed according to relevant guidelines and regulations. All experimental protocols were approved by the Institutional Review Board of the Faculty of Dentistry, Suez Canal University. The study adhered to the Declarations of Helsinki. The study was waived from ethical approval since it was conducted on unidentified random extracted premolars not linked to specific patients’ identities which have been already extracted in the clinic due to other treatment reasons such as for periodontal or orthodontic purposes. Informed consent was obtained from all subjects.
