: Ethical approval has been granted by the Health Research Ethics Committee at Stellenbosch University (S23/01/015). Throughout the study the ethical considerations such as the purpose of the study, use of the data, rights to confidentiality and, privacy, and ethical ground rules were communicated with all participants. In conducting the study, the researchers adhered to the ethical guidelines and principles of the Helsinki Declaration (2013) as well as the South African guidelines for Good Clinical Practice (2006) and the Medical Research Council Ethical Guidelines for Research (2002).Informed consent was obtained from all participants in writing prior to data collection.
