: This study was conducted as per the Declaration of Helsinki ethical principles. Ethical clearance for this study was obtained from the National Institute for Medical Research of Tanzania (certificate No. NIMR/HQ/R.8a/Vol/IX/3536). All participants were informed about the study purpose, procedures, their rights, privacy, data confidentiality and the fate of their data. A participant information sheet translated into Swahili was provided to ensure comprehension before participation in the interview. Participants were allowed to ask any questions or clarifications before signing and dating a written consent form. The identities of healthcare professionals and facilities were kept confidential.
