: This research was done in compliance with the Helsinki Declaration, which adhered to its principles, including obtaining informed consent, securing ethics committee approval which was obtained from the Research Ethics Committee of Uganda Christian University (UCU), under Reference Number UCUREC-2024-1057. This was done to ensure the participants ‘privacy and confidentiality. Ethical approval of the study was also obtained from the Uganda National Council for Science and Technology (UNSCT) under reference number SS3825ES. The research was conducted in conformity to the national guidelines for the conduct of research in Uganda established by the Uganda National Council for Science and Technology (UNCST) [42]. Prior informed consent to participate in this study was obtained in writing from the study participants. Key informants’ identifiers were recorded in form of assigned codes instead of names to ensure anonymity.
