: Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were isolated from a blood sample obtained from a participant at Kafr Elsheikh University Hospital. All procedures were conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and complied with local Institutional Review Board (IRB) requirements. Ethical approval was granted under approval number KFSIRB200-893. The purpose and nature of the study were fully explained to the participant, and written informed consent was obtained prior to sample collection [ ].
