: All procedures performed in this study involving human participants were in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional and/or national research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards.Institutional ethics approval was obtained for the research protocol from the Ethics Committee for Humanities at the University of Ghana (Ref: ECH 006/18-19).Both written and verbal informed consents were obtained from the participants.Participants were assured of strict confidentiality and anonymity of the data they provided. The participation of the retired personnel in the study was also voluntary.In accordance with ethical guidelines, the informed consent of the legal guardians of participants who had no formal education was also sought before they were engaged in this research.
