Ethics approval and consent to participate: The study was approved by the Research and Innovation Organization of the University of Southern Denmark, (SDU RIO) ID 11.607. SDU RIO evaluates and approves all scientific and statistical projects at the university in accordance with the Danish Data Protection Regulation. Under Danish law, ethical approval is not required for research based on survey or registry data. In each wave of the study, selected individuals were sent an introductory letter outlining the purpose and content of the survey. The letter also emphasized that participation was voluntary and that individual responses would be treated confidentially. Consent was considered given upon initiation of participation in the survey, as also stated in the introductory letter. Informed consent was therefore obtained from all participants.
