: Ethics for this research is covered by theUmbrella ethics for assessment collaborations in medical education. Project Number 2016/511, granted by the University of Sydney Human Ethics Research Committee to the Sydney Medical School Assessment Unit (as Chief Investigator) and to cover all universities that submitted documentation to confirm their membership of collaborative medical education assessment research.
