: As only retrospective analyses of routinely collected, pseudonymised data were performed, and no patient data were involved, the study was regarded as exempt from formal ethical approval according to the regulation of the ethics committee (‘Kantonale Ethikkommission’) associated with the Medical Faculty of the University of Bern.
