: JA is the Director of Research and Innovation at LTHT and provides strategic and operational oversight for all research activity hosted within LTHT.AG is a Consultant Paediatric Oncologist and research lead for the Leeds Children’s Hospital. He is a Professor of Paediatric Oncology and Late Effects at the University of Leeds.CCM is a senior research fellow in Applied Health delivering across a portfolio of funded research.EN is a full time PhD candidate in Psychosocial Oncology based in Leeds Teaching Hospitals Trust.KM is a level 2 paediatric trainee in West Yorkshire.

: Ethical approval exemption was provided by the research and innovation department at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust on 14th October 2016.Informed written consent was taken from all participants before interviews. Information leaflets and explanation were provided at least a day before the interview. None of the participants requested any further clarifications.
