Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Written approval from the institutional research ethics committee of Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) was obtained prior to commencement of the study (F05/SoTL/1477/2016). All participants in this study consented to participate voluntary. Before the beginning of the focus group discussions, participants were told that their discussions were audio-recorded and transcribed anonymously. They were also assured of the confidentiality of their responses. No monetary compensation was involved in the recruitment of the participants.
: Permissions were also obtained from the participants to publish their data anonymously without revealing their names and identities. Instead, they were told that they would be identified in such manner as Student 1, Student 2, etc. for the medical student groups or as Doctor 1, Doctor 2, etc. for the doctor group).
