: Ethical clearance was obtained from the Oyo State Ministry of Health Ethical Review Committee (AD13/479/165), University of Ibadan/University College Hospital Joint Institutional Review Board (UI/EC/13/23/13) and the University of Kwa Zulu-Natal Humanities and Social Science Research Ethics Committee (HSS/1447/015D). The gatekeeper’s permission to access the health care facilities were obtained from each health care facility. The purpose of the study was explained before conducting the interviews. Participation was voluntary, and the participants were free to stop during the data collection process. Those who chose to participate gave informed consent.
