Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The ethical approval of the current study was approved by the Institutional Review Committee (IRC) of NCHRC (Ref No IRC NCH 002). All the participants were informed and explained the aims and objectives of the study and invited them to participate. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants.
