Ethics approval and consent to participate
: This study has been approved by the Chairman of the ethics board at Galway University Hospital and has been performed in accordance with the ethical standards as laid down in the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments. All participants were stakeholders in the project, and as such verbal consent was deemed appropriate for the face-to-face workshops, the use of which was approved by the chairman of the ethics board at Galway University Hospital. Written consent was obtained via a check box on the online surveys.
