Ethics approval and consent to participate

: The study has been approved by the Ethics Committee of “Iuliu Hațieganu” University of Medicine and Pharmacy Cluj-Napoca (no. 207/06.05.2017) and is consistent with the ethical guidelines of the 1975 Declaration of Helsinki. The consent for participation was considered to have been given as each participant agreed to fill in and submit the survey, while the anonymity of the participants was guaranteed. Contact details of the principal investigator were provided.

: Participants were informed that the study was part of PhD research and thus the results may be published in scientific journals. None of the respondents was asked to provide any personal identifiable information, to guarantee their anonymity.
