Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study will be conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki []. In accordance with Danish regulations, ethical approval is not required for surveys using questionnaires and interviews that do not involve human, biological material (section 14 (2) of the National Committee on Health Research Ethics Act) []. All participants receive written information on the study before participation and participation is voluntary. Participants do not receive any gifts or monetary compensation. All participants can withdraw from the study at any time with no consequences to their future studies. All data is kept confidential and published anonymously. Complying with European data protection rules, the University of Southern Denmark approved the data processing activities regarding this project and registered the project [Journal no. 10.181].
