Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The processing of personal data was carried out in accordance with the European regulations in force relating to data protection. They appear in the treatment register under the reference: N * DEC19–486. Institutional Review Board approval was not required according to the national regulation in France. The Data Protection Officer of the hospital district group « Lille Metropole Flandre interieur », certifies that the processing file for the purpose of career aspirations among specialty residents: a gender-based comparison, implemented in 2019, has been declared by Alice Cathelain and Charles Garabedian.The questionnaire was anonymous, and response was voluntary. Consent was implied by starting the questionnaire: by starting to fill out the online questionnaire, the subject was giving his/her consent.
