Ethics approval and consent to participate

: Swiss research legislation (Human research ordinance HRO, §2) deems studies such as ours, which do not collect health related individual data, exempt from full ethical review. Consequently, this study has not been submitted for review to the “Kantonale Ethikkommission für die Forschung” (Ethics Committee for Research of the Cantone of Bern, Switzerland). Nevertheless, each participant provided written informed consent before study inclusion.
