Ethics approval and consent to participate

: The Chair of the Cantonal Commission for Ethical Research (CCER) designated the current study as exempted from formal review (Req-2019-00946). Moreover, in consideration of the retrospective nature of the study and the anonymization of the data making impossible to identify any individual or small subgroup of students, the teaching committee (Bureau de la Commission d’Enseignement) approved the project study without the need of informed consent.
