Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethical approval for this evaluation was obtained from University of KwaZulu-Natal Humanities and Social Sciences Research Ethics Committee (HSS/0258/019), University of Kinshasa School of Public Health Ethics Committee (ESP/CE/247/2019), and Norwegian Centre for Research Data (Ref 466503).Ethical principles and guidelines set out by the above mentioned research committees were followed throughout this study. All participants were appraised that returning the self-administered questionnaire meant they were providing informed consent therefore informed consent was obtained from all 35 participants who returned the questionnaire. Confidentiality and anonymity were ensured by allocation of a code which could not be linked to the participant.
