Ethics approval and consent to participate

: This analysis included anonymized, un-identifiable information and received an exemption letter from the Universidad de las Americas Ethics Committee CEISH on March 10th, 2020. All methods were carried out in accordance with local guidelines and regulations and the National Review Board within the Minister of Public Health. According to this regulation, anonymized non-identifiable data analysis does not require a full local IRB approval.

: Informed consent was obtained from every volunteer before fulfilling the questionnaire.
