: Ethical approval: The ethical review board of the Netherlands Association for Medical Education (NVMO) was asked for an ethical review of the research proposal. The board concluded that, since all data were to be collected in the course of regular program evaluations and were anonymous, no further ethical review was necessary, and they approved conduct of the study (NVMO-ERB, file no. 2018.6.1).Informed consent was obtained from all participants, and the participants were informed that participation was voluntary and that they could withdraw from the study at any time. No incentives were provided. Data were collected anonymously in the course of the regular program evaluation and the evaluation method was in accordance with the guidelines and regulations within the Faculty of Medicine, VU University, Amsterdam University Medical Centre.
