Ethics approval for the study was approved by the University of Southampton (Institutional Faculty of Environmental and Life Sciences Review Board) (University of Southampton reference: 47155). Informed consent was obtained from all participants involved in the study. A statement was provided at the beginning of the pre-post ALS survey and the post evaluation feedback survey, stating completion of the survey meant consent to take part and agreement for anonymous data to be used for the purpose of the study.
