Regarding the usage of data about student performance in Progress Tests, we also refer to the local university law (BerlHG; §6) and the local examination regulations. The use of the anonymised participation data was approved by the Ethics Committee of Charité—Universitätsmedizin Berlin (14.04.2020, EA1/030/20). The need for written informed consent was waived by the above-mentioned Ethics Committee of Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin (14.04.2020, EA1/030/20) because this test is in accordance with the examination regulations under local university laws.
