: We conducted our research in line with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical approval from the Dutch research ethics committee (Central Committee on Research Involving Human Subjects (CCMO)[CitationRef removed]), was not required, because our study did not breach the physical or mental integrity of our study population. Our study population was not subjected to actions nor were behavioural rules imposed on them [CitationRef removed]. Participating in the group interviews was voluntarily. Participants were informed about the aim of the research and the research procedure by e-mail. After reading this information they could decide to participate or to refuse participation. Group interviews were planned with the persons who chose to participate. Before the group interviews started participants gave verbal consent for the interviews and for audiotaping according to the guidelines of the CCMO [CitationRef removed]. The audiotapes were saved in a secure environment and the transcripts were anonymised before analysis took place.
