: All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations. Under the guidance of principles of the World Medical Association Declaration of Helsinki, it was taken into the first consideration to respect participants’ rights and to protect their health and rights. This study adheres to ethical principles. The research was approved by the Ethics Committee of Semnan University of Medical Sciences (Approval: IR.SEMUMS.REC.1397.245). The researchers started data collection after obtaining permission from the nursing school officials.The study objectives were explained to all the participants. Informed written consent was obtained for participation in and also audio-taping the interview from all participants.The participants were also ensured of the confidentiality of the data and that a nickname or code would be assigned to each of them when quoting their statements and that their participation was voluntary and would have no effect on their educational process and that they could withdraw from the study at any time they desired.The data obtained from interviews and codes are stored on an encrypted personal hard disk and will be kept for several years after the study.
