: The study followed the Helsinki declaration. Before accessing the survey, participants were informed that the results could be used for scientific purposes and that by submitting their responses they agreed to the use. No personal or sensitive information was collected. The participants were instructed about the purpose of the questionnaire and that they gave their informed consent by submitting the questionnaire. According to the Swedish Ethical Review Act, (SFS 2003:460), this kind of study is not subject to ethical review.
