: This study has been approved by Institutional Review Boards of Human Research Protection Unit, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University (no. 887/2563(IRB2)) and the Ethical Review Board, Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University (no.764/63).Enrollment of participants was via electronic advertisement. Students who were interested were given a simple, clear, and thorough explanation about the purposes the study, roles and benefits of participants, and additional inquiry was allowed until satisfied. They were free to deny, participate, or drop out of the study at any time. Informed consent was obtained from all the participants.All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations. This study has followed the SPIRIT protocol for interventional trials.
