: All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant institutional guidelines and regulations. This research protocol was approved by the Institutional Review Board of Faculty of Dentistry and Faculty of Pharmacy, Mahidol University on 29 November 2022 (the certificate of exemption number: MU-DT/PY-IRB 2022/054.2911). SimOL was used as mandatory of an oral lesion course for third year dental undergraduates from Mahidol International Dental School at the Faculty of Dentistry, Mahidol University. Therefore, the need for informed consent was waived by Institutional Review Board of Faculty of Dentistry and Faculty of Pharmacy, Mahidol University, as all students were required to complete the game as a part of their learning.
