The research protocol was approved by the Institutional Research Board (IRB) at the College of Medicine, Gulf Medical University (Ref. no. IRB-COM-FAC-21-FEB-2023). Each student signed an informed consent form to participate in the study. An information sheet explained the purpose of the research, potential benefits, and ensuring that participation is voluntary, and that she/he has the right to refuse participation or to withdraw without any reasons and without any negative consequences. Students were reassured that their individual responses will be kept confidential to the research team and will not be released to the University or to anyone else.
