: This study received research and development approval from Health Education England. The Research Governance group of Health Education England deemed that research ethics approval was unnecessary for this study which involved a simple evaluation of training, no experimental protocols and fell into the scope of a service evaluation. This decision was supported by NHS Health Research Authority assessment. The educational evaluation was subsequently performed following the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and all assessments were conducted in accordance with NHS guidelines and regulations outlined in the document ‘Research Governance within Health Education England’. Informed consent to take part in this educational evaluation was obtained from all participants.
