This study has received ethical approval from the University of Manchester University Proportionate Review Ethics Committee (Reference: 2021-11796-19280) and the Centre for Injury Prevention and Research Bangladesh (CIPRB) (Reference: CIPRB/ERC/2021/05). Participants were informed of their right to withdraw from the study before, during and immediately after the interview/observations. Interviews: All participants were audio recorded providing informed consent. Audio recordings of interviews were stored on an encrypted, password protected folder only available to the research team. Recordings were transcribed verbatim and anonymised to protect the identity of participants.
