: Participants were informed about the purpose of the study and the use of their data. We addressed that participation was voluntary and would not affect selection outcomes in any way. All participants signed an informed consent form before being interviewed. After the interview, participants were still allowed to withdraw from the study. Additionally, it was stressed that the questionnaire with demographic characteristics was not mandatory. Interviews were audio recorded and transcribed ad verbatim by a research assistant. Recordings and interview transcripts did not contain any identifying information of the participants. Data were pseudonymized and only the research team had access to traceable data. Five gift cards of €50 euros were raffled off among the participants. The study was carried out in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Exemption from IRB approval of the study was granted by the Medical Ethics Committee Erasmus MC of Rotterdam, the Netherlands (MEC-2019-0745) in accordance with the Dutch Medical Research with Human Subjects law.
