: The present study was the result of a research project with the ethics code IR.IUMS.REC.1401.916 approved by the research Ethics Committee of Iran University of Medical Sciences, which was registered in the IRCT system with the trial ID code IRCT20230227057549N1. Informed consent was obtained from all participants. One-Child Women received comprehensive information on the study’s objectives, the extent of their participation, and its possible effects. Obtained written informed consent from all subjects. The confidentiality of personal information was maintained, and the identity of participants were not revealed in any reports or publications. In order to safeguard the privacy of women, all obtained data was anonymized. Although the control group did not participate in any training, at the end of the study, they were also shown educational multimedia.
