Participants were informed in the study information letter that their data would be anonymized for publication. Participation was voluntary and participants were informed that they could withdraw from the study at any point in time. Participants gave written, informed consent. Data were pseudonymized and only L.M. had access to traceable data. Stakeholders were given a €10 gift card each. Experts received a book and snacks.
