: The permission to use and translate of this questionnaire was taken from Maureen Patricia McEvoy, one of the makers of the questionnaire, through e-mail. In addition, the protocol of the study was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences (Ethics code: IR.SUMS.REC.1399.1176; Link: ). Furthermore, we inserted one question in the electronic questionnaire to obtain informed consent from the participants. Students who did not consent to complete the questionnaire were not enrolled. In addition, the participants’ information was recorded anonymously. Moreover, the study complied with the guidelines of the Helsinki Declaration.
