: The study was conducted in accordance with the principles of good clinical practice and the 1975 Declaration of Helsinki at all times. According to the French ethic and regulatory law (public health code) prospective studies based on the use of anonymous data do not require submission to an ethical committee but they have to be declared or covered by reference methodology of the French National Commission for Informatics and Liberties (CNIL). A collection and computer processing of personal and medical data was implemented to analyze the results of the research. After evaluation and validation by the data protection officer, according to the General Data Protection Regulation, this study fulfilled all the criteria, it is recorded in the register of prospective studies of the Toulouse University Hospital (RnIPH 2024-41) and covered by the MR-004 (CNIL number: 2206723 v 0). This study was approved by Toulouse University Hospital which verified that ethical requirements were totally respected in the above report. All participants provided informed consent to participate in each aspect of the research project. Participation was voluntary and general practitioners could choose not to participate in the research without repercussion.
