: Dr. Claudia S.P. Fernandez is a principal author of modules in the FastTrack Leadership (FTL) Library, a private company that collaborates to provide the online leadership library used in the Clinical Scholars program and with other leadership institutes. The company is owned and operated by Mr. Ruben Fernandez, J.D., (spouse), who is also a leadership expert. Mr. Fernandez is contracted as both a faculty member and an executive coach in the program (as one of the many consultants who do such work). This activity is governed by a Conflict of Interest (COI) Management Plan at UNC and is reviewed annually. All other authors declare no competing interests.
