: This investigation was conducted in full compliance with the principles of good clinical practice and the Declaration of Helsinki and its amendments. Given the anonymized, non-interventional nature of the data collection, there was no requirement to seek regulatory approval from the local ethics committee (statutes of the Ethics Committee at the Medical Faculty of the Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg, §1). All participants were free to choose whether to be involved in this study and willingly gave their consent to participate, each bringing a comparable level of expertise. Informed consent was obtained from all participants.
