: Our study, entitled “Perception of undergraduate medical students and examiners towards grand objective structured clinical examination,” was reviewed by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of the Faculty of General Medicine, Koya University. The IRB reviewed the study on July 23, 2024, with the reference code and determined that formal ethics approval or a reference number was not required. This decision was based on the fact that the research posed minimal risk to participants and focused solely on their educational experiences without involving any intervention or collecting sensitive personal data.
