: The study was reviewed and approved by the research ethics committee (REC) of Mbarara University of Science and Technology (MUST-2023-763). The research team also sought ethical approval from the Uganda National Council for Science and Technology (SS1858ES). Participants provided informed consent. We adhered to the Helsinki declaration on the use of human subjects in research including voluntariness and respect for persons. Administrative clearance to conduct the study was obtained from the university. Privacy and confidentiality were maintained throughout the study. Participants were assigned unique identifiers and only these identifiers were included on the transcripts. All study data were stored on a password protected laptop. Our data transcripts do not report potential identifiers such as the gender, age, titles and specific role of the participants as the study setting is small and it would be easy to identify the respondents.
