: As the present study was part of a Quality Improvement Project promoted by APSS, the guidelines of the Local Ethical Committee “Comitato Etico Territoriale della Provincia Autonoma di Trento per le sperimentazioni cliniche (CET-PAT)” did not require ethical approval.
