: Ethical considerations included the necessary coordination to conduct research and obtain the code of Ethics Committee from Zabol University of Medical Sciences (IR.ZBMU.REC.1402.024). In accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki the purpose of the research was explained to the participants before starting the work, all participants provided informed consent when participating in this study. Students were assured of the confidentiality of their personal information and that their data would be used anonymously. Throughout all stages of the work, the principles of trust, confidentiality, and respect were upheld, and all collected information was kept confidential. Participants were also informed that they were allowed to withdraw from the study at any research stage.
