: The purpose of the study was thoroughly explained to all participants before their involvement. Written informed consent was obtained for both participation and audio recording of interviews. To ensure impartiality, the research team-maintained neutrality throughout the study by adhering to rigorous ethical guidelines and avoiding any biases in data collection and analysis. Confidentiality was strictly upheld by anonymizing all personal identifiers and replacing them with unique codes during transcription. Only the research team had access to the data, which was securely stored to prevent unauthorized access. This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the National Center for Strategic Research in Medical Education (Nasr) (ID: IR.NASRME.REC.1402.044) and the National Ethics Committee in Biomedical Research (ID: IR.MUI.REC.1402.019).
