: This study was reviewed and approved by the Institutional Ethics Committee GOVERNMENT MEDICAL. COLLEGE THRISSUR, KERALA, INDIA (Reg. No. EC/NEW/INST/2022/KL/0176, dated 20.10.2022) under. IRC Protocol No. IEC/GMCTSR/2024/056. The study, titled “Effectiveness of Peer Assisted Learning (PAL) versus Faculty Assisted Learning (FAL) in Surgical Skill Training”, underwent an expedited review process. The documents reviewed and approved include the application form, research proposal, and consent form. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants involved in the study. This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. All procedures were conducted in accordance with national regulations and ethical guidelines.
