: Ethical approval was awarded on the 26th Nov in 2015 by the Regional Ethics Committee in Stockholm, Sweden (Registration number: 2015/1873-31/5). The committee stated that the study did not deal with any sensitive personal information. In accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki all previous students received the survey along with a cover letter with thorough information regarding the present study purpose and method as well as the fact that participation was voluntary. The individuals choosing to participate gave written informed consent by answering the attached questionnaire. All participant data were then coded by an independent party and then pseudonymized, before being handled and analysed.
