: Ethical approval was obtained from the Ethical Review Committees of the Aga Khan University (AKU ERC 2023-9053-26351) prior to commencement of the study. The study was conducted in full compliance with the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. Participants were invited for voluntary participation, and informed consent was obtained for both the quantitative survey and the focused group discussions. Data was collected in an anonymized fashion with each participant being given a unique identification number. Individuals that refused to participate in the study were excluded. There was no effect of this study on the subsequent assessments, promotion, or appraisal of the study participants.
