: The study received ethical approval from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) at Jordan University of Science and Technology and the Ethics Committee at the Kind Abdullah University Hospital (KAUH) (protocol #328/2020), the Jordanian Ministry of Health (MOH), and the hospitals administrators at the private hospital.
